Workmanship Warranty

Heitmann’s Headliners warrants the installation workmanship of all starlight systems for 12 months from the date of installation.

This covers:
   •   Fiber detachment caused by installation error
   •   Light source or controller failure due to installation-related issues
   •   Defects that affect system operation resulting from workmanship

If we installed it wrong, we fix it. Period.

Manufacturer Component Warranty

All fiber-optic components, light engines, and controllers are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, typically 12 months, subject to manufacturer terms and limitations.

We’ll facilitate warranty claims when applicable, but we are not the component manufacturer.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:
   •   Damage from accidents, impacts, or misuse
   •   Water intrusion, leaks, or environmental damage
   •   Electrical issues caused by unrelated vehicle or building systems
   •   Modifications or repairs performed by others after installation
   •   Customer tampering or removal attempts
   •   Normal wear, cosmetic preference changes, or aesthetic dissatisfaction

Permanent Modification Disclosure

All starlight systems installed by Heitmann’s Headliners are permanent modifications. Removal or alteration after installation may result in damage and is not covered under warranty.

Service Requirements
   •   Warranty service must be performed by Heitmann’s Headliners
   •   Customer is responsible for transporting the vehicle or providing access to the installation site
   •   Warranty is non-transferable

Commercial installations may be eligible for extended service agreements, quoted separately.
